1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Rishvi Ltd (“Rishvi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on rishvi.co.uk. It should be read together with our Privacy, Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
Rishvi Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 08347225, at Suite 1, 1st Floor, 730 Romford Road, London, Greater London, England, E12 6BT, United Kingdom.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on, or reads from, your device when you visit it. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts and local storage. In this policy, we call all of these “cookies”.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by third-party services we use, such as Google, Microsoft and Meta (third-party cookies).
3. How we ask for your consent
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your choice. You can:
- Accept All – allow all cookie categories;
- Reject Non-Essential – allow only functional cookies needed to run the website; or
- choose individual categories and click Save Preferences.
Statistics and marketing cookies are not set until you have made your choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies. We keep a record of your choice in a cookie so we don’t ask you on every page.

Our Google tag from Google Site Kit may load before you make a choice, but it uses Google Consent Mode: it does not set any Google Analytics cookies unless you accept statistics cookies.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It is designed to mask sensitive text you type into forms by default.
Our live chat (Tawk.to) only loads if you accept marketing cookies. If you reject them, you can still contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
6. Other third-party services
Some services on our website do not set cookies in your browser but still receive technical information, such as your IP address, when they load:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam and bots. It is needed for security and loads without consent. It is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
- WhatsApp (Meta) is only contacted if you click our “WhatsApp us” button.
- Social media links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X are simple links. Those platforms only receive data if you click through to them.
7. Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Manage consent tab on the screen, or the settings below:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of our website may not work properly. Deleting cookies means you will be asked for your choices again on your next visit.
