Overview
This guide explains how the integration between Linnworks and Webflow works. It is designed for business users, operations managers, and store administrators who manage inventory, orders, and product data. The integration ensures that your Webflow eCommerce store and Linnworks inventory system stay in sync with minimal manual effort.
This integration allows:
- Automated syncing of product information from Linnworks to Webflow
- Real-time inventory updates from Linnworks to Webflow
- Automatic import of Webflow orders into Linnworks
- SKU mapping for unmatched products to prevent sync failures
Purpose
The main goal of this integration is to reduce manual work, avoid overselling, and streamline the order fulfillment process by keeping your Webflow store and Linnworks inventory in constant sync.
Benefits
- Saves time by avoiding double entry of product data
- Reduces errors in stock quantity and product information
- Ensures all Webflow orders are fulfilled via Linnworks
- Provides flexibility through SKU mapping in case of unmatched items
Prerequisites
To use the integration effectively, you will need:
- An active Linnworks account with API access
- A Webflow site with eCommerce functionality enabled
- API credentials for both platforms (provided by your system administrator)
- Product SKUs added to both Linnworks and Webflow
Although it is recommended that SKUs in Webflow match those in Linnworks, the integration includes a feature to handle cases where they don’t. This is covered in the SKU Mapping section.
Our technical team will handle the initial setup and configuration of the integration for you. You do not need to worry about the API keys, backend services, or technical deployment. We provide full support during the setup process to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Core Features
Product Sync
Products created or updated in Linnworks are automatically pushed to Webflow. This includes the following product fields:
- SKU
- Title
- Brand
- Price
- Description
- Images
- Stock level
The integration ensures that your online store always reflects the latest product data without requiring manual updates.
Inventory Sync
Stock levels in Linnworks are treated as the source of truth. Whenever stock quantities are updated in Linnworks (due to purchases, manual changes, or returns), these changes are pushed to Webflow in near real-time or on a scheduled basis.
Order Sync
When a customer places an order in your Webflow store, the order details are automatically sent to Linnworks. This allows your team to process and ship the order using Linnworks, just like orders from other sales channels.
This includes:
- Customer name and contact details
- Product SKUs and quantities
- Shipping address
- Order total and payment status
SKU Mapping
If the SKU from an order placed in Webflow does not exist in Linnworks, the order is still captured. Instead of failing, the integration places the order in a channel mapping queue where you can take the following actions:
- Map the Webflow SKU to an existing Linnworks product.
- Create a new product in Linnworks directly from the mapping interface.
This ensures that no orders are lost due to SKU mismatches and gives your team full control over how unmatched SKUs are handled.
Once mapped, all future orders with that SKU will be automatically processed without further intervention.
How It Works
- The middleware connects securely to both APIs
- Product and inventory updates flow from Linnworks to Webflow
- Orders flow from Webflow to Linnworks
- SKU mapping logic is handled by the middleware with user intervention where needed
Sync Intervals
- Product Sync: Every 15–30 minutes (configurable)
- Inventory Sync: Near real-time or scheduled (e.g., every 10 minutes)
- Order Sync: Real-time upon Webflow order placement
- SKU Mapping Checks: On-demand when an unmatched SKU is detected
User Instructions
Adding a Product in Linnworks
- Login to Linnworks.
- Go to the Inventory section.
- Add a new product with SKU, title, price, and stock quantity.
Please note: Products added in Linnworks are not automatically pushed to Webflow. This integration does not support publishing new products from Linnworks to Webflow.
Only products that are added in Webflow will appear in the Channel Mapping dashboard, where you can link them to existing Linnworks inventory.
This process ensures that your online catalog in Webflow is controlled entirely from your website side, while Linnworks is used for managing stock and order fulfillment.
Managing Inventory
- Always update stock levels in Linnworks.
- Do not manually adjust Webflow inventory unless instructed.
- All changes in Linnworks will reflect on the Webflow product page.
Handling Orders
- Orders placed in Webflow will automatically show up in Linnworks.
- You can pack, ship, and mark them as dispatched directly in Linnworks.
- If an order contains an unknown SKU, it will appear in the SKU Mapping dashboard.
Using the SKU Mapping Dashboard
- Access the dashboard from your integration panel.
- View unmatched SKUs from Webflow orders.
- Choose to either map them to existing Linnworks products or create new ones.
- Once mapped, save the configuration. Future orders with the same SKU will be handled automatically.

- You will receive email or dashboard alerts for failed product or order syncs.
- Common issues include:

- Rate limits from Webflow or Linnworks APIs
Security & Compliance

- Multi-location stock sync
- Enhanced dashboard with sync history
